I thought I recognised those huts, that was where I pointed my camera . I have been to a lot of places, but I usually take shots that could be anywhere!!

Here's one that should not be too difficult.

I'd suggest that could be Monica Bonvicini’s sculpture outside Oslo Opera House.

That Opera House is a fabulous building, superb Architecture and the Sculpture just adds an extra-special finishing touch.

Yeah that's the one. They built it to keep the French out but the French never got that far so we built them a tunnel to make it a bit easier for them.

Yeah that's always the most difficult part (finding another picci to post). My 'archive' is mostly on film and they're all stashed away in huge boxes. I only went digital in 2002 iirc and that was after I'd had my accident and knackered my leg/foot + David had had a Stroke and our youngest was deperately ill in hospital for over a year. They were very bad times.

The upshot is I don't have much digital stuff that's suitable for this thread.

Why not choose something 'different. - eg a phone box or letterbox and let peeps guess where it is. No problems if it's in the UK. I have one of a seaside kiosk and I almost used instead of Bodiam Castle.

Does anyone else know, or think they might know, what this tree is, the story behind it or where it might be?

The thing is I think I know what, why and where but I don't really have a suitable new picci to use if I'm right ... unless you all wanna be trying to guess the location of a fast food kiosk.
