Looks vaguely familiar of somewhere I've on a television program in the last year introduced by that Waldemar Januszczak about Rococo art , is it in Germany?

It's not in Germany. Although you could (if feeling charitable) describe it as rococo, it was built much later. There is a big clue in the decorations!
