Thanks Graham, although I was almost correct 3 weeks ago as the same image used to be on the reverse of ten bob note but a lot bigger and different colour

I'll have a look around for something to photo for the next entry.

My next effort is a close up of an object that is used in digital photography, I used it this evening which gave me the idea to photograph it for this challenge.

I was to guess a led light yesterday but had to run from comp before magaed to post it.

No, the image does not show a LED light. The object has 4 LED's but they are not visible in my photo.

purely from the description, i'm guessing it's some kind of screen profiler? certainly don't recognise the image though ;-)

Correct Dave, it is a Pantone Huey Pro monitor calibrator.

I think this is a close-up of your (laptop?) screen showing the lady next to the DPNow logo at the top of the page.
Or the little wooden dolls in the far right image at the top of the page?
