I'm using a small desk fan at the moment but the intention is to use a 4 inch PSU fan and make it less make-shift.

It does work - before I started using the fan the tank temperature was hitting 82F (being warmed by the lights which are on 10 hours a day for the plants in the tank). Now I'm getting a temp of around 76 or 77F, which is about perfect.

Ingenious idea about the PSU fan, presumably you will mount this in the hood itself.

Those shrimp are a pain, when I had my tropical fish, i used to feed them shrimp, it wasnt until I pulled it all out that I found loads of the dead fellas behind the table it was all set up on! yeuk!

My youngest niece from Venice building a sand castle on Lido - what concentration

Pre school children in Italy are given enormous encouragment to be creative and express themselves but once they get to "big" school the discipline is applied quite heavily.

              Here is my entry.

              "Cricket Match in Clumber Park."

The teams were at a "changeover" period, so this was the only one I got in play. I wish the quality were better.

It looks as though I am in the Caribbean where they all love their cricket.

Here's my entry, taken on a recent holiday in Crete. Hired a car for the day and this was definitely the highlight (for me anyway), although hubby probably preferred the local tavernas!) S T O P was the cry when I saw this meadow full of wild flowers.
