          This wonderful building was built as part of a national housing shortage plan in the early 20th century.
          It's name has a connection to the sea.

                Believe me it is full size and people do live in it. It's in a European capital city but that city is not the seat of government.

                        By 'model village' I didn't mean, like, Legoland or whatever, I meant the model village movement, examples such as Port Sunlight or Bournville.

                        I'd also made the mistake of assuming it was in the UK.
