    Hm . . difficult. My images seem too easy or impossible. Lets try a section of a building! Not very difficult, I think.

          Looks a bit like Osborne House which you can visit by boat (IOW). But no river trips from there.
          Looks Victorian to me.

                            I used to live in Tiverton so Exeter is fairly familiar territory.

                            It's getting difficult to pick a reasonable picture. Try this, clues on request as usual. Taken on a Yashicamat TLR as a matter of interest.
