Just off the top of my head, the Helford river in Cornwall.

It looks a bit like the Orwell, so on that bend it would be Leverington Marina.

Looking at the terrain I assume the Dutch flag is not a clue.

Not at all, but I know that they visited the place for hundreds of years.

I thought I recognised it because I have sailed past it many a time on the inshore track. Horrible place to go round, either near the cliffs or miles out to sea.
