This particular design is 3 cm long, handle sold separately.

Those brushes break easily. So it makes no sense to waste a lot of material. So, you buy just one or two handles (some of them are metal, some plastic - there are many designs) and replace the brush as often as it breaks. Of course, there are packs where plastic handle is included, often one for 4-5 brushes.
