OK here are some clues, it's situated in a major European city although it's dedicated to a non-European culture.
It's not in the UK!

That looks like a Photoshop job - the building looks impossibly thin on the right?
Is this the new challenge location?

I spent quite some time composing this image to get the building to look like this. It was taken with the C8080 set to its widest angle and held very low to maximise the convergence. Certianly no added PS distortions.Graham

I stood to the right of the building, by Browns Resturant and aligned the inner edge of the "Curve" to the central axis of the lens to get the back to look straight up the middle and the sides to lean in. It did well in the competition and featured in my winning print exhibition...Graham
