well, given that the competition was to create a slogan, that entry was one of the best, so yes, a worthy winner. the fact they've only ever posted to enter the comp is immaterial.

I can assure you that you are not the only person who is a tad miffed at that, but what can you do. The purpose of the competition was to attract new members, it doesn't say they have to be active members. Seems to me that most of the entries came from peeps who specifically signed up to compete, in which case the odds are in favour of a non active member winning.

Haha, perhaps we should make competitions only open to those with 500+ posts I might stand a chance then. Though 'spose you would have summat to say if I did eh

The purpose of the competition was to attract new members, it doesn't say they have to be active members.
