Again you do the same wrong move Tim, you are rushing to draw conclusions.
I'm glad you almost admitted that you use sarcasm and a "smile" at the end to pretend humorous. As far as your intentions are concerned Tim, have you ever thought that it might be you that you don't make them completely clear by mixing them with sarcasm? And that doesn't have to do anything with English being your mother language.
Never saw any adoption of humility or any infallibility from your part so far Tim. All I saw was sarcastic arguments with a dose of irony along with an attached "smile" at the end.
Experience tells you right Tim, but the last word is not for those who need it, but for those who have it.
And it has been like that since the World was created.

Dont worry Tim,George is a well known photogrpaher in Greece and he's got a short temper. All great men of Art have angry outbursts and irritability,we have got to live with them...

Are you suggesting George is a great man of art then. You have already dissed his pictures, so obviously you don't really think so

Oh, I'm not even slightly worried.
However I have seen your recent comments on George's work and it's made me wonder whether you have a personal issue with him?
Frankly I'm not so sure that your wording is partcularly construtive, and some might think it's possibly even confrontational. As one of the moderators here, I think it's only fair to ask you to edit your posts and perhaps explain to George why it is you feel his images don't work for you, and maybe even include some suggestions on improvement.
You are welcome to participate here and we look forward to your contributions, but I think you should consider the impact of your posts before submitting them
Hello All,
How on earth did this disscussion get so negative? Here's my take on the whole thing. I believe that EVERY PICTURE I have seen on this website is beautiful in its own unique way. I don't judge a person's photography by the camera they use just as I do not judge a person until I have met them and gotten to know them. Lets just PLEASE be positive. I believe IAN & the rest of the admin. of DP Now mean for these threads to be positive And educational for all of us. I respect ALL of your opinions when they are given because ALL of you Men & Ladies Are SO TALENTED. Please lets just call a truce and all be friends again.I hope my humble opinion does not get me on anyone's bad side.

Thanks for your comments Jennifer. I don't think they will upset anyone, that counts anyway I suspect the latest by our new friend suggest there's more to it than meets the eye
I started this and would like to have it STOP here, as it was never my intention to start a Canon Nikon debate, nor set out from the onset to rubbish Canon products.
Here are the facts, I am an ex-serviceman and have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and due to this I comfort shop when stressed (who in their right mind buys three DSLR's?) I got this down to one! And then saw the image quality of the Canon EOS 400D on an other forum and was so impressed that in a bad moment purchased one, I cannot use the Nikon I left myself with properly never mind using a totally different one made by another manufacturer.
Both cameras were set on P mode and a part from a little editing nothing major was done with either photo, perhaps I made the mistake of adding "(Canon or Nikon) as this was not put in on the other two sites that I posted them on just For Mum and people stuck to commenting on the two images and not the make of camera.
The Canon has been sent back leaving me one camera which I need to learn how to use properly before I post images again anywhere.
From the new armature photographer (?) who just took up DSLR photography August last year.
Can we please stop the make of camera debate? And before anybody asks why I kept the Nikon? The answer is very simple; it is the one that is going to give me the greater challenge when it comes to leaning how to use the monster. Also, I cannot afford a big car so opted for the big camera instead
