Here's a shot more about the relationship and fun shared between man and dog. The fella had 2 dogs, both dogs were having an enormous amount of fun dashing into the sea to retrieve a ball.

Superb, its shots like this that make me want a dog more and more!
And one of my favourite shots of my friends Jack Russell Snoopy:
Aha, a Schnauzer! I always regarded that as an ideal name for a breed of doggs 'cos I always refer to their nose (combined with the snout0 as thier 'geschozzle', or abbreviated to a 'schnozz'. I'm entralled by the design of dogs' noses, fantastic olfactory organs, outstanding designs. 10/10 the the Good Lord's Doggie design department.
Snoopy looks like a joyous little soul. Well and truly up to speed too judging by the panning shot.
That reminds me ......... I haven't heard anything from our very own, camera wielding JRT Rufus for a while.
I love dogs, I'm crazy about them but can no longer keep them as we have neither the time nor the space or mobility to care for them properly. So I take shots of dogs when I'm out and about.
This is Louis, a beautiful yong softie who was waiting for his master to get off the train. His mistress was in a nearby shop so Louis and I had a conversation and he licked my hand then posed for me.
Does anyone else have any "nice doggie" pictures to share? Go on - send me into spasms of delight and show us yer dogs. We see loads of cats but I wanna see dogs, dogs and more dogs. Anyone got a Pembroke Corgi photo (my favourite breed).
Pol (incurable mutt-nut)
Hi Pol,
A fantastic portrait of a beautiful friend, what a proud and handsom fella/lady too, I had dogs all my life until I had been married a few years, then we found that we just could not give them the time that was required, a sad fact of life. We still love the dogs of our friends and we also have one cat left of the three we had. I will try and find some pics in my albums.
Geeeez. I really, really, really want another dog!I eho your sentiments, but reality rears its ugly head and becons
here we have Molly and Meggy - mother and daughter
Mother first....they are both rescue dogs having both been ill treated. Had them both around 5 years now and they are well and truly part of the family.
Meggy's sticking 'er little tongue out at me. Maybe she can smell the tasty chicken kebab still lingering on my fingers
Hello All!
I also have a contribution to make to this wonderful thread. This is Oreo ,Aka; Fatboy! He is a mixed breed dog. Very big and heavy! He will eat anything that won't eat him first! We have two other dogs. We live on our farm so they have LOTS of room to run!

Harley looks like a cute little guy! Here is my little dog Suzi, who is a Silky Terrier X Maltese. She is an absolute sweetheart & adores engaging anyone in her favourite game of Ball!

So he's grown too big to curl up on your lap for a little snooze.
You're so lucky to be living on a farm. Perfect environment for dogs and you have all the other animals and space to enjoy too.

Superb shot! The ball looks so big for her cute little mouth too.
Harley isn't my dog and the chances are I won't meet him again. I often stop people and ask it it would be ok for me to take a shot of their dog. It transpired that Harley's owners were from the same part of the north of England where I grew up and the husband was very interested in photography so we ended up having a good chat about various things.
Pol not long ago I was stopped in the street and a guy asked if he could paint my dog. I said I didn't think she would stay still long enough and what's wrong with the colour she is now.

So what was the outcome?
Is she still the same colour or did you have her fur colour matched to complement the pink shades of her tongue?
