Clue time I suppose, although more of an amplification of the clue I've already given.

Stephen's suggestion is in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. I said that it was the wrong NP so think of another one that looks quite similar to the Yorkshire Dales but isn't.

The nearest named place I can think of is Derwent Edge or Ladybower.
