Well I was going to say up in the dome of the Albert Hall but I suspect that's wrong.

Your suspicion is correct - much too modern construction for the Albert Hall!

No chance! I have a good visual memory, but rubbish at names of places.

I remembered seeing the "pattern picture" of the structure, but have no idea where it is.

My guess would be a new stadium.
