Believe me it is full size and people do live in it. It's in a European capital city but that city is not the seat of government.

By 'model village' I didn't mean, like, Legoland or whatever, I meant the model village movement, examples such as Port Sunlight or Bournville.

I'd also made the mistake of assuming it was in the UK.

It has a sort of 'model village' look about it but I tried looking up pics of some and couldn't find it.
