Here's a snap of the end of our front drive at 9-30 this morning. I'm a wuss (according to David) so it's shot from the front window. I'm not going out there!

If you look to the right you can see how the snow comes up to the base of the campervan chassis. You can also see how the phone cables are heavily laden with snow.

Aaaah - but at least she's plucked up enough courage to go exploring AND found herself a sunny spot. I also love hearing the noises the others are making.

That's how the pigeon I spotted was going across our back lawn. It gave up after a few strides. I think it was probably one of the lame pigeons - lots of them have injured feet or no feet at all so they waddle along on their remaining stumps. I felt a bit guilty for laughing at it so I chucked a few easier to reach peanuts and sultanas for it.
