As you might expect from me, I rarely accept the result straight out of the camera. IMO the photographer decides what the picture should look like, not the camera. Controlling the camera as you have done is much the same, but post processing also helps to create an image you want and not necessarily an exact representation of what your eye saw at the time.

Old discussion I know, but it has to be said from time to time. Try to be a picture maker rather than a picture taker.

I fully agree with you. These photos are not due in till a week tomorrow but if anything is said I will let you know and i will not take it sitting down.Mowgli knows what I am like if I have something to say So it could be fun maybe even the last night they let me in.

Quite the contrary,
anyone with a digicam knows darn well the benefits acruing from judicious use of editing software .I was merely applauding the work and thought put into setting the camera before taking the image.
