Having spent 7 days with the pentax 10d I actually got quite attached, alot smaller than my nikon, excellent battery life, I did take a charger and spare battery but did not need either
but I did find some faults, probably not the camera itself but more the lens.
It struggled to focus on distant objects, and it was pretty hard work getting it to do what I wanted, but this said I was not used to the menu and layout of the camera.
I think had I not been spoilt with the d200, I would have this cam as my main tool, well built, compact and very good quality pictures, even with the standard lens I had.
I took this shot in the blink of an eye, its one of those where you see it and you hav'nt got time to think you just shoot, you no the scene is good, but because you do it so fast you always have doubts wether it will come out ok.
