    When in Majorca, I also saw a rescue by lifeguards. I did not post it as like you, I felt guilty at having captured it. However, I did send the pics to the Spanish coastguard and he was thrilled that he had been captured in action (he was only 19). I will post them tomorrow, now that you have given me courage.
    You have to remember that the rescues aren't often photographed. The lifeguards, air/sea crew, air ambulance crews, coastguards etc just rush out to do the job.

    Sometimes someone might call the press, who might send a togfa but that would be a very low priority at the critical time - so citizen journalists who'd had a camera handy may be the only source of pics there would be available.
