whoaaaa. thanks all! amazed to see that i was chosen as the winner, especially as it was a hastily chosen entry having returned from egypt a few hours before the comp closed.
only just checked in so apologies for being a bit slow to the thread. will try and get the next salon theme sorted tomorrow evening....it'll be something where creativity will win the day though...probably

the only stuff in my gallery is photos that have been included on threads on dpnow. the rest of the stuff is all on my website where i have considerably more control over the content.

the cave itself was just a short cavern tagged onto the end of a dive, although i still managed to spend 1/4 of the dive in there. weird how i'm more at home under rocks than in open water. same in egypt this year.

the photo is pretty much as shot. specifically underexposed by 1 or 2 stops to accentuate the outside blue and was shot on the camera i bought from winning one of the greek gods comp rounds!
