i did get chance, but knocked the focus whilst rotating the camera through 90 deg, but didn't notice until i'd been shooting for close on 2hrs (gives a bit of a clue as to what i may or may not have been doing), so it's either go through the (predictable) archives or give it a miss.

Go through the archives, (and tell me what you were trying to do, I'm past guessing.)

no archives, this was shot last night and was what i'd messed up last week.
decidedly old school, but a departure from what i'd normally upload to this type of comp

Congratulations to Devilgas, and great choice of Challenge Audrey. His image is really something special.

Someone else will have to run this challenge again - I've just downloaded quite a few images from Banbury Michaelmas Fair!

i'll have a think for the next one....

                  thanks once again!

You are right to mention Kurt's entry, I had intended to add his to the special mentions! It was a very spooky image - just right for Halloween! As Kurt's was the first entry, I must not have scrolled quite high enough. Sorry Kurt.

Well done DevilGas, a worthy winner.

Thanks for the mention. I used to do a few blurred image shots, but these days too many of my blurred images are unintentional!! (Note to self: Use the ruddy tripod).

Thanks for running an interesting Salon, Audrey.

                        - Kurt.

Well done Dave - I enjoyed doing some star trails (my first really acceptable ones after years of trying) in the summer; and well done for doing some just for the salon

And well done Audrey for getting a good number of entries in with a great topic!
