Hi Julie - is this the shot you wanted to display? I can remove it if that wasn't what you wanted.

Basically you simply need to highlight and copy (using CTRL+C as mouse click copy is disabled in the gallery to dissuade casual photo theft) the BB Code under the photo in your gallery and then paste it into your forum message.

Hi folks, just to get some fun. After seein so many beautiful pictures, let me introduce one geometric doubt: do parallel lines converge or diverge or cross each other? Perspective is included in the definition of parallelism?. JaJaJA. Regards H

Re: DPNow Salon Competition No.131- Parallel Lines

In Euclidean geometry the lines remain at a constant distance from each other even if extended to infinity, and are known as parallels.
In hyperbolic geometry they "curve away" from each other, increasing in distance as one moves further from the points of intersection with the common perpendicular; these lines are often called ultraparallels.
In elliptic geometry the lines "curve toward" each other and intersect.

i don't have any idea what this means as I copied it from Wikapedia.

At school, in geometry class, they told us parallel lines never meet. In art class they explained that they appear to meet on the horizon, but that is an optical illusion. Have things changed, apart from the fact they don't teach technical drawing, etc. any more?

                          Things have changed dramatically:

All triangles have to be treated as equals

Right Angles are seen as elitist, Obtuse ones need consideration and more understanding,
with any angle referred to as being acute will likely raise a grievance...

Despite the theme definition getting technical I think this qualifies

Ha Ha folks this id fun,
But it is open to interpretation so straight lines that run side by side thay may or may not appear to meet in the distance are all good
Seriously I like what has been submitted going to be difficult choice keep them coming
