I'm somewhat unsure about posting here, but as I'm determined to learn, I guess I just have to jump in!
This is one of my personal favourite images. Although most credit belongs to the artist who created the sculpture (Don't know who s/he was - didn't buy the guide book!
) I think this photograph adds interest as the sun coming through the sculpture is mirrored by the sun coming through the trees behind, I was particularly pleased with the effect of the light from behind illuminating the eyes.
The original Sculpture, with many more just as intriguing, can be found at Burghley House, Stamford, Lincs. I can recomnmend a visit if you are ever that way.
