 The dome does give the impression that it's on the north side of the river with the rest of canary wharf because of the bend in the river. I never been able to take a picture because I've always been driving! Sorry officer I was just...

 Hi,
 I know that scene well, never thought to take a picture though, the elements sure came together for you to get a cracking image. looks like late light, weather and air and light polution came together just for you to get this oportunity, well spotted and taken.Catch Ya Later
