I saw your panorama. Indeed there is some ghosting in some areas like the other users mentioned, but that seems to be total responsibility of the software you used for stiching.

      My opinion though is:
      1. Avoid any panorama stiching plugin for photoshop or other software.
      2. Avoid very complicated stiching software (those that you neeed to download different separate little software and make them work together as inerfaces)
      3. Start with simple softwares that do really good job (personally I tested many of them myself, not only in how they stich, but also how close to the original shots is the final result in terms of image quality.

For starting, I would suggest the following software:

      a. Panorama Factory (offers, automatic, manual and semi-manual stiching)
      b. Panorama Studio (does a really good automatic job)
      c. PhotoVista (does same good job like the previous, but slightly sharpens the final result)
      d. iVista Panorama (automatic stiching too with very good image quality too).

If I can be of any further assistance, I would be more than gl;ad to help you.

      Regards

      ha ha,
Me thinks that you have got confused. It wasnt me who posted the Pano, although I did mention the ghosting seen there.

      Thanks for the offer though!

Slight adjustment on the levels, little increase in the contrast and saturation, a slight tweak in shadow/highlight, and very slight increase in the blue channel. All very minor adjustments, but with what I felt was a nice result.

          Ben,

This is what happens when you are new to a forum. I obviously quote in the wrong reply. Untill I find my way around and get used to this "Hybrid" thread style, excuse any of my mistakes and of course disregard my quote.
Though my quote still applies to "lumix's" original post.

[QUOTE=lumix;1434]Three shots with a Canon S100 stitched in Microsoft's Digital Image. Your thoughts on the results please.

            Hi Lumix,
A lovely peaceful and relaxing image, the slight ghosting on the reeds can be lost useing P_Shop or PSP or another image prog. I have only tried to produce Panorama's once, took me a long time to produce one acceptable image.

I think the result is fantastic, but I dont understand the gobbledegook.

What trickery program allowed you to acheive this great result?

What do you recommend for a novice, that is easy to learn?
