        I decided to do a short (10 seconds) comparison test of the image stabilization of the Hero8 versus the 3+. The tip of the snowboard bounces around quite a bit but in the lower footage my head remains pretty steady. I wonder how they do that?

          Technology is amazing. Someone has come up with masking software that renders selfie sticks invisible. In this video, the snowboarder (not me) is holding a 6 foot selfie stick that is rendered totally invisible. He is using an Insta360 One X. The new GoPro Max has that capability too.

          If you're not living on the edge you're taking up too much room.

            That's nice I have a Insta360 air that plugs into the USB port of your phone - it works very well but it requires the phone to be used upside down.

            My shots aren't as exciting as yours though!
