Hello all!! I live in MA and got to a libral arts college. I have been doing photography for about 5 years now. Before I started college in High School I planed to be a photographer. I now study libral arts, and still do a lot of photography on the side and for many of my classes. I think this camera is a fantastic idea. The waterproof aspect of it, for a small camera, will open up so many more photo oppertunities. also I am in school so if i put it down on a table at a party, I won't have to worry about people spilling on it....which is normally my luck. The shock proof part is also great for us accident prone people . just an added bonus to a great camera! I think this website witch i just joined seems to be a great place to share idea on photography and other aspects of the hobby. All photography equipment can be expensive so if you get reveiws from others on DPnow it will save yo lots down the road!!

The DPNow forum is great place to hang out because I am deluded enough to believe that my fellow loonies are more manageable in 2D!! Oh and you learn a thing or two along the way some of which is useful for photography.
