Is it the same as 'peekaboo', which is a game played with young children where you hide your face then suddenly appear and say or shout 'peekaboo'.

Peekaboo seems to be the same as what we call Inai-Inai-Bah. It also works to puppies.

so you are right. it's similar to "ini" but not that of initial.
