I have always tried to look a bit otherways. In digital photography it started in 2003 when I got myself Olympus C-350. It was mostly because everyone owned canons and I just wanted something else. I loved that little piece until it got lost somewhere. After that got myself mju:600 that was a bit disappointment in image quality but fast startup, weather sealing and lithium battery made it up (still have it in a drawer). In time I got used to it and the images wasn't so bad... well at least until I took them. After my son born there was a need something better so went looking for a dSLR. Ended up again Olympus, this time E-520. When wanting different than main brand was with the first one 80% then with this it was only 40% but the price was good and alternative camera at this range was just sold out. Had it with twin lens kit. At that time got an extra flash unit also FL-36R. I was really happy with that kit, only problem I have had is that sometimes flash recycle times are a bit too long. About a year later after getting 520 a E1 came into aftermarket nearby and as the tele lens was not used much and I was away from home a lot due to work I just couldnt resist getting it. One more year passed and I thought it was a time to get a new lens. Wanted something wide and fast... well that didn't go exactly like that. Got myself ZD35 macro. The price was again very good and the quality is also great. So far there are no regrets for getting any of those things. As I do volleyball for hobby I have made also some indoor photoshoots from our team playing and as there has been also another guy from our team shooting with Canon 400D and I have been able to compare the cameras I have not found anything that I have lost... well except the weight.
