Hello World!

Hi Everyone,

I was suggested this site via a friend of my girlfriends so decided to join up.

I've always liked taking photos, but only really got into photography about 3 years ago when i went from my old ixus 400 to a S6500fd and 6 months later a 1000d.

It's become my main hobby, but still have a long way to go, which is good else I'd get bored!

I'm originally from Maidenhead, but moved to Scotland in 2004 and spend my time counting beans.

not sure what else there is to say really, I'm on FredMiranda as well but looking for a place where I'll get decent C&C on images and hopefully not feel too intimidated to post.

Hopefully you didn't get a speeding ticket as you zoomed in here on yer bike.

Welcome to the forum. Have look around the galleries too. Just ask if you need any help with uploading images etc.

Thanks Ian, I'm really happy with the robin pictures.

I've only driven through Skye, but it looked fantastic, I'm cetainly planning on going back to take some photos.
