    Hi Ian,
    I don't think Pany's marketing should use terms like "unprecedented picture quality...", when they can't provide some evidence in official samples. The two samples up on their site are in strange lighting. I downloaded the first one and played with it. It took a color curve adjustment in the red channel, to make it look good to me. Maybe it is a "matter of taste" thing, but an official sample should avoid those situations IMO. Here is my before and after.

      Bob, whilst I agree the skin tones in the before shot are a tad reddish, you have clearly injected too much green into the after shot. Waving a picker tool over the hair area for example shows a surfeit of green pixels.

      My own feeling is that an increase in brightness does the picture some good without altering colour

        You have confirmed the green tint that a friend pointed out to me this morning. And, this means that my monitor has drifted out of calibration...sigh....
