10 frames per second and 12 megapixels for an APS-C sensor... sounds interesting?

Interesting that this news was announced on the same day that Canon announced the 6.5fps, 10MP Canon EOS-40D

And Nikon is making some announcements on Thursday; Nikon and Sony are in each others' pockets too. The jigsaw is forming nicely!
