  • Picture of the Day, Wednesday 6th June 2007

    Frank Milne decided to explore the form and texture of everyday household objects. The result was a really good mono still life of a bunch of bananas. If you'd like to see your photography featured like Frank's on the DPNow Picture of the Day (POTD), you will need to have a DPNow photo gallery - from where we source all our POTDs. The gallery is also closely integrated with our lively and friendly discussion forum. And it's all free!

    Congrats on your POTD Frank. Its an interesting concept using form and texture in the photo rather than colour, especially with objects we generally associate with colour

    I was interested with your green pepper shot, it looks more like a red chilli

      As is explained in the article, Frank lives in Spain and familiar fruits and vegetable often look very different abroad
