a little bit misleading as the 'kit' involves either using the sure thing labeller (15 day free trial) or using nero cover designer.

i bought one of these drives a month or so ago. the contrast on the disks does not match that shown on the lightscribe website, even with the enhanced contrast utility download. it IS a nice technology and does allow you to create a non inkjet, truly embedded cover for the dvd / cd, but does not produce a high contrast label - perhaps i need to play around a bit more with mine?
