Excellent shot, Dennis. Wonderful capture of the 'sploosh' of water.

Neat way to clean a carpet too!

Congrats on your POTD Dennis, I'm suprised this picture was not here a long time ago.

Many thanks Pol and Stephen for your comments. I personally did not rate it for any artistic merit, I was just pleased that I had got the exposure reasonably correct and that I had managed to capture some feeling of action with the water splashing up in front of the 'paddle'. Perhaps now I may feel encouraged to put up more in my gallery and offer some up for critic and advice.

I think I'll stick with my own method. :-)

Nice capture and a worthy choice

I think you most certainly should go ahead and put more in the gallery. You have much to offer in the new gallery and forums, as you have done in the past.

It was only a couple of days ago I was telling Stephen, Tim and the others how you'd prodded me, encouraged me and 'held my hand' until I had built up enough confidence to go ahead and do that firmware update.

Everyone lacks confidence about some aspects so it's great when someone comes along and offers to help. I much appreciated your encouragement, help and support, thanks.
