Why can't they just reduce the price of the product(s) instead of these "cashbacks" which require a whole wodge of terms & conditions to apply before you get your money back?
I never buy anything that has a cashback attached to it if I'm not prepared to pay the price without the cashback being applied - just in case one of the many terms and conditions trips me up and means I don't get the cashback.
It would make more sense if they just reduced the price of the product(s) - then more people might buy them. Isn't that the point of a promotion?
