I don't know if Stephen is aware of the news story on the BBC lunch time bulletin today about a wedding photographer in Wakefield (Stephen's home town) being sued by an unhappy couple?

Apparently, of 450 shots taken, only about 20 were considered acceptable, and the album lettering mis-spelled both the bride's and the groom's names.

Stephen, I think very sensibly, avoids wedding work. But I suppose someone had to do it!

Just watched it on the BBC website Ian. Its unbelievable really isn't it, and emphasises the need not to take short-cuts with a thing like this. Getting a reputable photographer to do the business is key IMHO, and it makes me cringe sometimes when I hear of people being asked by friends to photograph their wedding. Good wedding photography is an art and a skill best left to those with experience.

Just googled the photographer, his website has been pulled, maybe he has stopped trading. There are a few examples of the wedding photos on the Sky News site

The story was plastered across my News aggregator yesterday and I'd looked up his website - but his webbie had been pulled. There were some business site links listing him as a "true wedding professional" though.

Here's a link to the DM version of the story - complete with some of his shocking, disgraceful pictures.
