Just a suggestion Ian, but I think it would be great to post the picture here as well.

In order to see Neils picture a reasonable size, I first have to click into this message, then click into 'more....' to open a new browser, then click the picture to see it in its correct size.

I think having all the text, and the picture here would be far more pleasing, and may also trigger some more responses.
