thanks for the comments all. hadn't seen this as have been away from the forum for a while.
personally, i get more enjoyment out of shooting something specific for a comp rather than just shoe-boxing and finding something from the archives that will fit. ok, this shot was from the archives, but was originally shot to a specific theme.
