As Sony Japan does not announce it atm , at one of our rumor sites, they say A200 is not introduced in Japan - instead A300.
Some guy even referred to A250 that is talked about in a Chinese language site. A250 looks like to have live view.
yoshi
p.s. the underlined part is true. Others? well Let's wait and see.
p.s.2: I wanted to upload a pic of the rumoured live view but I can't.... Is the server transition from Germany to the US causing now something unusual?

Hi Yoshi,
The server hasn't been moved yet - we are in the process of preparing the transfer. Plenty of notices will be posted once the transfer is about to take place.
To show a picture from your gallery, it's probably easiest to use the My Pics facility, see under the smiley icons in the advanced messafe editor, set to 'Inline' and 'Original Image'.
Please do let us know if any further details of model variations of the A200 appear
Hi Yoshi, does the 'A250' screen only tilt up and down, or can it be turned left/right and even face forward? The image file is named 'A300' I notice
Ian
Hi Ian, the screen has a hinge on its right and I assume it has another on the left. So my best guess is it does not turn left/right. BUT whether this pic is genuine or not, that's the question. Compared to Panasonic L10, the articulating screen of this pic looks like a toy. Sony does have a good articulating screen on its R1 before. So I'm a bit doubtful about its reliability.
The Chinese language site (I guess it locates in the US) does not allow non-member to enter anymore, although it was possible yesterday.
About the file name, it was my error. I should give it a name A250.
