    They have come on over the years. Many years ago they used to offer previous versions to the latest for free. Trouble was you would get swamped with emails right after they sent the unlocking key.

      PhotoPlus X5 is a very capable program and arguably more powerful than Photoshop Elements, but I found it to be tricky to use in some areas and slow in others. It's not a bad solution for getting started in serious image editing and manipulation.

        A good prog for anyone just getting to grips with image editing.
        Just had a look around and they are still offering some previous versions for free
