Leaving for Italy, the Amalfi coast, in a couple of weeks and I was wondering if anyone had some tips, don't miss locations, vantage points that are don't miss that maybe a new person to the area would miss. Really looking for opportunities for good landscape shots.

Any travel tips would also be appreciated.
Thanks,

Mark, you are going to have no problem at all finding things to photograph. The Amalfi coast is stunning with places like Positano and Amalfi being must see places. Driving along the road can be tricky though and there are few places to stop so often views are missed simply because you cannot stop. There is a roadside cafe though as I recall before you get to Positano travelling West which, for the price of a coffee or an orange juice is well worth a stop. I would also suggest that to see the coast from a different perspective its worth getting a boat trip from Amalfi which which travels along the coast and well worth it. If you go on a coach excursion, they will often organise all that for you.
If you are based in Sorrento, its also well worth an excursion to Capri, it is certainly worth it and you will not be disappointed unless the weather is poor.
The guidebooks are going to keep you informed with the best places to see and visit, as I said you will not be disappointed there is plenty to photograph
