That's fantastic news jojo...................I feel quite envious actually. I had been thinking about one myself as a second body, may have to wait a bit longer yet though

Indeed, pity you didn't have it in Namibia. All you need now is the 17-40 F4L

Whoa, steady on gentlemen, I've still got to get to grips with the brain to finger issues! So let's hope the MkII doesn't have too many new button jobbies to test my sadly depleting grey matter

What do you want another body for Stephen, aren't you happy with the one you already have?

Well done Jo. I am sure that you will make good use of it. Well you will just have to go to Namibia again and remember to pick it up this time.

I am sure you will soon get to grips with all the new bells and whistles, you have been turning out some stunning stuff just lately. You deserve it! (Where have I heard that phrase before?)

Is that question directed to Missus Anstey?

Wow - nice camera. Have lots of fun with it and I amongst many are also looking forward to the results.

Apart from the references to my stature I would find a second camera body quite useful. There are many times when on jobs that I need to swap lenses, and this can be very inconvenient. The answer is to have a second body on which you keep a different lens. Of course the full frame sensor of the 5DII has its own advantages which come into their own under certain circumstances.

I'm glad someone else suffers from a rush of blood to the head occasionally, not just me

Have fun Jojo - I won't be upgrading/investing any time soon... haven't paid for this one yet (oh the joys of buy now, pay later!) Unfortunately the "pay later" date is fast approaching
