Hi Stephen, thanks for your contribution to the salon it was a great shot with a different perspective on the subject, I'm glad you have brought the memory card thing up, as Im wondering if there is a form or something I need to fill in to obtain the memory cards for salon winners. It was spot on timing when I won the cards as I need some desperatley.
Any help would be appreciated.

Have a look at www.memorycardzoo.co.uk/ They are cheaper if you take delivery into account. When I used them I received the card the next day even with the free delivery option.

Nice one Martin, one other thing to consider for the likes of me is that with 7dayshop thee is no VAT to claim back, whereas with the other one I can claim the VAT back which makes it even cheaper

Hi Gina, I would be very careful on ebay, there are alot of fake cards which look very genuine. Genuine cards come with a little data retrieval cd and a little soft keyring case for the card, you can also contact sandisk and check the serial number, if it has one, to see if its genuine.

It is unbelievable the lengths that these counterfeiters go to; everything you receive with a genuine SanDisk Extreme III CF card was in the box, except for the serial numbers to register the free software that you receive with the cards.

Play.com is doing an with free delivery.

I use MyMemory's own branded CF cards which come with a lifetime guarantee and operate at the same speed as SanDisk Extreme III CF cards, they are doing an not per item and they dispatch your items individually so you do not incur Customs Duty on your order. They also sell a well made own branded which holds four CF cards.


Being a tight fisted Scotsman to off set the delivery fee, I usually buy a few CF cards and a CF memory card holder
