  • Aloha! I'm back from Hawaii but ... ...

... ... this is not a photo of my holiday ... ... yet.

On our return we stayed over 2 nights in LA (it should have been one, but it was Thanksgiving Day and American Airlines weren't flying on TD, so we got a free night in the hotel)

Anyway, we visited the John Paul Getty Museum. The architecture and grounds were stunning, in fact better than the exhibitions. However, there was a Photographic Exhibition and one of the photographers was Edward Weston 1886-1958.

I saw this picture of a young boy and it reminded me of Gina's photograph, both in sepia.

    What do you think?

I think once you're in Spain, you can't miss car hire in tenerife and tarragonaspain. They are all unforgettable places to visit and I'd love to go back for awhile. If you're in Barcelona be sure to check out the Picasso museum as well and I think the best way to get around Spain is by train, and you can see the beautiful scene along the way.
Have a good trip in Spain!

        Hi Audrey,

Yes, I can see what you mean - it was just right time right place - I've never seen Edward Weston's work before. Thanks for remembering my work Audrey xxx
