    Hi All.

Does anyone here, have Photo's of a Leopard, taken by yourself ?

My Biggest dream, is to one day get the opportunity to Photograph a Leopard in the Wild..

I'm going to the Kruger for one day Only... this weekend... I'm really holding thumbs....

If you do have photo's of leopards, taken by yourself, Please can you post them here...

    For me to Envy

    Thanks All.

Happy to oblige Lou, although I can't match Ben's cracking shots

Anyway this is the only leopard pic I have - taking a stroll in deepest Essex

well,, i think its a great shot Stuart!

Where in Essex was this taken? I love the natural background. I had to add some gausian blurr on the background in my first shot.

My back garden mate... . I borrowed it to sort out my neighbour's whining greyhounds...I wish.

It was taken at Colchester Zoo last year. I live a few miles away from the zoo and my kids have just renewed my gold-card for my birthday so I'll probably be going back a few times over the next month or two.

Like a lot of people I have mixed views on Zoos but it's the only chance I get to take pictures like this and Colchester Zoo have quite a good reputation. The Gold Card lets you just pop in for an hour or so rather than feeling the need to spend all day there to get your money's worth.

Shame my 40D won't be here in time for my first planned visit next Tuesday - perhaps next month.

By the way it's a Cheetah not a Leopard.

It's something I discussed on here in another thread a way back - my inability to remember what the animals are that I've photographed at the Zoo . From now on I will take a photograph of the sign on the enclosure as well!

I mean what IS this? (Apart from dinner for my leopard, sorry, cheetah )

                            Re: Leopard Photos ?

The buck is a female or juvenile Kudu, female by the look (or should that be lack) of things. The males have very beautiful horns.

The bird looks like some kind of an egret - possibly the Little Egret.

Hey Lourens good luck in Kruger and look forward to the picks man!
