Although not aware of an education version of Lightroom, I have previously seen the Microsoft Office educational pack. I seem to remember considering it (I was an OU student at the time), and that you have to supply at some point either a student card or something similar.

You usually have to provide proof etc: However you may have grandchildren or children of friends/relatives who are students, they can purchase it on your behalf. Not that I condone trhat sort of thing.
