Re: sd cards, pricing
Big nationals like Tesco will offer great deals on massive bulk purchases. But on specialised items like memory cards, they are often much less competitive. Memory card prices are changing, mainly downwards, often week by week and many stores don't reflect these changes in a timely manner. The prices you quoted may well be the same as 3 months ago at Tesco.Originally posted by tarzieboy View Posttrue Ian ,
i always buy over the internet, i was just curios as to their pricing,
i will buy from 7day shop, thanks for the info,, john
Also, there is a tendency for "twice as much" to cost more than twice as much when the product is new - it's an early adopter's nightmare

Re: sd cards, pricing
hope this the right spot for this , i always find it difficult to get a message sqare at the bottom, well here we go, on my last birthday this april, my daughter bought me a 10.5 digital photo frame, the pleasure this is bringing me is great, there,s always a bright picture to see of my hundred or so pictures, so much brighter & colourful than the printed ones, i have, dont get me wrong, there,s always a place for the printed photo, but the transmitted light pictures, are ,,, to me,,, brighter & better than the reflected light ones, at first i had mixed feelings about the digital photo frame, but having used it for weeks, pictures,,,, movies,,, music,,, i would not be without it now,,, hope this will help other folk thinking of purchasing one,,,,,, john
