has anyone on this forum had problems with this camera accesory ebay sellor?
i have been in discussion with them concerning an item i bought in january (3 1/2 months ago).
i've never received the purchased item but i cannot get them to prove that the item was send or to admit they made a mistake and give me a refund.

at one pont they actually offerdd to sell me the itme again! even though i had already paid for it.

i would be grateful if anyone has had similar a similar experience let me know, and tell me if the issue had ever been resolved.

Rob I must say I am surprised that anyone deals with this seller. The negative feedback would have been enough to make me stay well clear. I wish you luck at getting this resolved but it looks like it could take some time. Did you pay by PayPal? if you did you should get them involved.

i think i may have been blinded by the prices, they did seem reasonable.

unfortuanately i didn't read all the feedback, i only glanced and didn't notice much bad. have always been too trusting but have now realised my mistake. i have to say also, that thier so called customer support stinks, uncooperative, rude and somewhat patronising. will certainly look at taking legal action of some kind.

i just hope that lots of people take a peek at this thread, and learn from my mistakes

Hi Ron,

Unfortunately, I have to report that my experience with Paypal when trying to sort out problems like this is not good. We were sold a laptop power supply unit that was supposed to be the HP replacement part we needed but it was the wrong power rating. The seller refused to take it back and we complained to Paypal, who then needed a bureaucratic mountain to be moved in order to consider our complaint. In the end they judged that there wasn't sufficient evidence that we had been missold - I mean; the PSU was the wrong model - what more did they need to know? Makes me boil just thinking about it...

I am not done dealing with them, but so far they seem like scum.

If nothing comes of my pleas to them, I will work to get in touch with those affected and try to seek a broad remedy for that class.
