Focus on Imaging starting this Sunday

The biggest UK photo equipment show of the year in the UK, Focus on Imaging, takes place at the Birmingham NEC, starting this Sunday.

I was originally going to be at the show on Sunday and Monday, but I've had to restrict myself to Sunday only. I'll file a report the same day, with some pictures.

Is anyone else planning to be there on the Sunday?

Being a weekend day, it could be a busy day for visitors compared to to the week-days, but I've never found the show over-poweringly busy even at the weekend; mind you we all have different thresholds of crowd-tolerance!

Looks like I should be going Sunday too, taking the wife along to hold the purse strings. I will be the one with a crutch and a limp

Phew, your a brave man Stu, esp if you have crutches
It'll be packed today, absolutely manic no doubt, and full of the stereotypical togs with camera round neck, mind you that happens on all days

I know I was going to go in the week but got let down at the last minute, I'm on one crutch but I shall battle through, if it's too bad and I miss out on some stuff I may go again in the week if it's needed. Should be fun and I may spend some cash

Edit, just having a rethink I may go to the show on Wednesday instead as I'm sure (hope) it will be a bit quieter then.....may be a better experience all round.

I'll also be there from around midday - I'll have a black rucksack and will be snapping with a Leica Digilux 3. I'll also be experimenting with video clips taken using a Nokia N93 cameraphone - see if you you can spot me
